Great app, love the weekly reports. It's very simple for my older, less tech-savvy team members. The GPS function ensures they clock in on the project site and not at home. The clock-in and out notifications help us in the office.

We adopted SINC for all subcontractors and employees. The GPS shows their location the entire time they are clocked in. It ensures safety and integrity. We love it!

No major dislikes. I would love the ability to separate by PO since we work on multiple jobs in a single day. Very satisfied so far.

After clocking in and out, my employees sometimes forget to log their lunch breaks. I would like to know how to add those times retrospectively.

The feature I like most about this software is the ability to always see where my employees are working and track their time throughout the week. Additionally, I don't have to ask each individual about their hours worked because it's all visible to me.

Instead of my team logging in and out for lunch and breaks, I would prefer it to be automatically deducted at the end of each day.

I like everything about the SINC app. I can log in to see when my employees clocked in and out. The note feature lets my employees inform me about the job they were working on. At the end of the pay week, I love how this app emails me a summary with each employee's hours and their payroll amount! SINC's technical support has always been great at resolving any problems I've encountered.

The only thing I wish is that the notes my employees leave would appear on the weekly summary.

Simple for employees to use, and I like that internet access is not required to record clock-in and clock-out info. It's also easy for Admin to see employee tracking info.

I wish we could require employees to use location tracking and update their information (email, phone number, etc.).

Keeping track of employee time on jobs is simple. They can make notes about the job or location. I like having all the hours calculated by pay period, which makes payroll easier. I used to calculate overtime manually, so I look forward to the new feature that handles that. Edit requests make fixing errors simple.

Cons

When an employee gets a new phone, we've had trouble getting them back into the app under our company. I've had to deactivate and then recreate the employee with a slightly different name. I wish there was a desktop version for admin tasks.
