“Great App that continues to get better with time.

Pros

This app is fairly new, so they continuously add more features. We began using it early on. The Geofence tool is indispensable; it shows exactly when employees arrive and leave a job site. Another excellent feature is the task section, which lets you assign specific tasks to each job, keeping employees on track.

Cons

I wish they would implement a feature for employees to verify their punches daily or weekly. This would allow them to review their time and add any necessary notes to each shift before submitting their timesheet.

We adopted SINC for all subcontractors and employees. The GPS shows their location the entire time they are clocked in. It ensures safety and integrity. We love it!

I like everything about the SINC app. I can log in to see when my employees clocked in and out. The note feature lets my employees inform me about the job they were working on. At the end of the pay week, I love how this app emails me a summary with each employee's hours and their payroll amount! SINC's technical support has always been great at resolving any problems I've encountered.

The only thing I wish is that the notes my employees leave would appear on the weekly summary.

Simple for employees to use, and I like that internet access is not required to record clock-in and clock-out info. It's also easy for Admin to see employee tracking info.

I wish we could require employees to use location tracking and update their information (email, phone number, etc.).

Keeping track of employee time on jobs is simple. They can make notes about the job or location. I like having all the hours calculated by pay period, which makes payroll easier. I used to calculate overtime manually, so I look forward to the new feature that handles that. Edit requests make fixing errors simple.

Cons

When an employee gets a new phone, we've had trouble getting them back into the app under our company. I've had to deactivate and then recreate the employee with a slightly different name. I wish there was a desktop version for admin tasks.
