Pros
It's really easy to navigate. As a small business owner with little tech background, I can manage everything myself without needing any technical expertise.
Cons
The lack of a dedicated mobile app is disappointing. While the online version allows invoicing from anywhere having a proper mobile app would make things much more convenient and user-friendly.

Would love to see WhatsApp integration similar to the email feature so I can send messages directly from here.

Pros
I recently discovered this billing solution and it's a game changer compared to the outdated systems I used before. Plus the feature set here outshines what multiple other programs offered combined. It tracks payments seamlessly and keeps both my accounts and customer records perfectly organized. Daily reports are generated instantly with just one click, showing purchase and sales figures. The best part is that when tax season comes, I no longer have to scramble for my accountant as this handles most of the work automatically.
Cons
The software feels like it is still in early development so I cannot really complain too much. From what I have used so far, I am confident it's heading in the right direction and won't fall behind. I think it is going to really take off once more people discover it. I have already recommended it to other vendors to help make it even better.
