“Comprehensive Tool
Pros
The dashboard can be customized to my preferences, allowing me to set it up exactly how I like. There's also an impressive variety of accounting tools available, giving me everything I need to manage my finances efficiently in one place.
Cons
Setting everything up initially was pretty challenging and took way longer than I expected. The pricing feels steep for what you get, especially for smaller operations. Mobile access is really restricted, can't do much when I'm away from my desk.

Pros
The learning curve is pretty steep and honestly, the features don't seem worth the time investment. Information and content creation capabilities are really lacking. Plus, there are some compatibility issues when trying to use it across different devices.
Cons
Navigation is confusing and I find it hard to use effectively. The accounting standards are too limited and don't feel practical for real business needs. When I have downtime or software issues, support doesn't really help much. Its pretty expensive for what you get and the functionality could definitely be better along with overall usability.

Cons
The only real drawback is there's quite a bit to absorb initially and figuring out how to navigate everything takes some time. But honestly, once you get the hang of all the features, the learning investment pays off completely.

Pros
The security here is quite great for me, seriously, nothing slips through the cracks even when my system goes offline or the server's acting up. It gives me confidence that my data is always safe and protected.
Cons
I haven't been using it long enough to spot any real issues yet, so I can't say much about downsides at this point. So far, everything has been working well for me.

Cons

I've been using this ERP system for my retail business and it's incredibly versatile, works perfectly across different industries like e-commerce, hospitality and construction. What really sets it apart is the multilingual support covering the top 13 most spoken languages worldwide which has been a game-changer for our international operations.
Cons
The main downside is you only get a few tries with the free trial which isn't much time to really test things out. Also, you have to pay for maintenance and support every year which adds to the cost. Besides those issues, it's pretty user-friendly.

The digitalization of our various tasks has improved dramatically since we started using this platform. The transition to more simplified processes went much smoother than expected. Getting our teams up to speed was surprisingly simple, the interface is really user-friendly and having access to the Academy and Video Library made training a somple process.
Cons
There aren't enough online resources to help with specific situations. We also use SAP and there's way more information available online for that platform, you can find solutions for various problems or at least get pointed in the right direction when something comes up.

I really appreciate how it covers every aspect of what I need to do as an accountant, there's a tool for practically everything.
Cons
The Azure hosting makes me nervous since I've had some rough experiences with that cloud provider before which honestly gives me anxiety about the whole thing. Other than that hosting concern, there really isn't much else to complain about.

I like how easy this cloud ERP is to navigate, whether you're running a small retail shop or managing a larger organization, the interface just makes sense. The cloud-based reporting feature is particularly impressive and saves me tons of time when I need to generate reports quickly.
