“Great for Payment Processing on a Team

Pros

I love how easy it is to approve and note payment approval requests. Stampli has really simplified our check request processes for AP.

Cons

If I miss a notification I do not know that something is waiting for me but thats more of a personal issue than a problem with Stampli.

Pros

Approving invoices and POs is really easy for me now. Credit goes to Stampli and I like how well Stampli connects with Netsuite.

Cons

Everything works well and is very easy to use. So no complaints!

“Easy to Use for Beginners

Pros

I learned up how to use Stamplis interface and system very quickly. Being able to ensure my vendors are paid on time is very important and this tool is very helpful for that.

The initial look might seem overwhelming to many. That is it!

“A straight forward yet powerful software

Pros

I really like the friendly attitude of the sales, customer support and installation teams. They were very open and flexible in addressing any issues that came up. The standout features for me are Billy the AI and the range of communication options, audit trails and traceability in invoice approvals. I also like how quickly and smoothly the platform integrates with our software, and there is no lag when navigating. While the sync is not fully automatic, it happens often enough that I do not have to worry about data syncing.

Cons

Although the installation schedule is flexible but having a detailed calendar with specific dates for each lesson and training session would have been helpful.
