Pros

Stampli process of invoice approval is quite simple and not at all time consuming. Also the processing has become five times faster which is a huge time-saver!

Cons

Some of the configuration settings for the Stampli card can be a bit tricky to understand.

Pros

I think Stampli is an excellent addition to any accounting software for streamlining the AP process. I really value how it electronically stores invoices and backups as it eliminates the need for physical filing. Also it is great that all invoices emailed to our AP inbox are automatically uploaded into Stampli.

Cons

We do have some manual invoices that Stampli cannot read so we still need to review and enter that data manual it is not a huge issue and we are exploring solutions for this.

Cons

One thing I do not like about Stampli is that sometimes errors pop up that are not clear about what they mean in specific invoices. It can be quite tedious trying to figure out the issue but Stampli support is a great resource for help.
