“Smooth Set up process
Pros
The setup process was smooth for our early-stage dev tool company. We have a hosted version with usage-based pricing plus some enterprise clients on monthly fixed invoices and getting everything configured was simple. Their support and operations teams respond quickly whenever we need help.
Cons
The product is still pretty new so there's always new features being added. The support and operations team has been great at helping prioritize the features we actually need.

“Centralized Solution
Pros
I don't have much experience with other invoicing platforms but having everything centralized has been really helpful. Without this tool, our accounts receivable and metrics would be all over the place. The metrics section has become our go-to for tracking ARR, we used to rely on spreadsheets for that. When issues come up, their support team is always there for us.
Cons
Runs into some bugs here and there though nothing too serious that disrupts my workflow.

“easy to use
Pros
I find it very easy to use. The customer service has been outstanding throughout our experience. We managed to go from contract signing to being completely up and running on the billing and analytics platform in just two weeks which was impressive.
Cons
A native Datev integration would be really helpful. The analytics right now focus mainly on SaaS metrics but I'd love to see more billing-focused insights like cash-in versus MRR, DSO tracking and similar financial data.

“Simple to manage invoices
Pros
Computing revenue metrics is simple and the visualization tools help me break free from spreadsheet chaos. Managing invoices and payment reminders becomes much simpler especially when dealing with clients who have unpredictable billing cycles. I appreciate being able to customize revenue recognition settings and double-check all the internal calculations. The customer support team connects directly through Slack and responds quickly to questions. The interface design is user-friendly and actually makes me want to log in regularly to check my numbers.
Cons
Honestly can't think of many downsides. There was one feature missing that we really needed but their team actually built it and got it to us in under a month which shows how quickly they move on improvements.

“Brilliant support
Pros
The sales, onboarding and support teams were great to work with. Before using this platform, we calculated all our metrics manually on an ad-hoc basis which made decision making really tough in our fast-growth environment. Since we operate across multiple currencies and products, I love how simple it is to slice and dice data with just a click. Working closely with their team to enhance features has given us way more benefits than we originally expected when we decided to partner with them.
Cons
I can't really say there's anything I genuinely dislike about it. User access management could use some work but the team is always open to feedback and responds quickly with either updates or clear explanations about what's coming next on their roadmap.
