This system is fairly easy to use and offers customization options to add extra info for our specific needs. Customizing access for different groups is a big plus. Also, having the timekeeping system linked to SYMPAQ is very helpful. Overall, it is a good fit for government contractors.

Cons

When we need to add or deactivate charge codes for employees, it would be helpful to manage these from a centralized location that automatically updates individual employee records throughout the system, simplifying administrative tasks.

The program is very simple and easy to use, making daily tasks easy. The support staff are extremely helpful and always ready to assist when needed.

Cons

Uploading journal entry templates can be boring and time-consuming which could be improved to increase user experience.

I appreciate that everything you need is readily available within the software. It's easy to learn, customizable to your preferences and the customer service is top notch. The Brown Brothers even come out to assist in person when required which is a great touch.

I can't think of any major issues I dislike. As I mentioned before, the customer service is top-notch and the owners provide personal attention which is rare these days and really appreciated.

What stood out most about this software was the consistent help and assistance from Sympaq. The support was always knowledgeable, timely and greatly appreciated, ensuring I could keep working without delays.

At first, using the system seemed a bit cumbersome and sometimes challenging to follow through with but since it offers so much for the industry, working closely with with this tool helped me develop a greater appreciation for its capabilities.
