What I like about Taxaroo is the overall concept behind it. I appreciate that it brings together video calls and a CRM in one platform which feels like the right direction for this kind of software and makes it stand out to me.
Cons
the software keeps freezing far too often and I find it really hard to navigate. While I can see the vision behind it and I think the idea is solid, I feel like it still needs a lot of improvement before it truly works well. On top of that, the pricing feels noticeably higher than what competing products are charging.
