“Simple, effective and accessible online
Pros
It's simple to use and works well. The online access is also a plus allowing our team to use it from outside the office.
Cons
There are many tools that don't really apply to our practice so filtering through everything during the initial setup took some time.

“Excellent cloud performance
Pros
Overall performance is excellent. We moved from the local version to the cloud and it was a major jump in quality. We should have made the switch earlier. We've started using the task manager and think it's a brilliant function.
Cons
Search can be a little slow when you begin typing a client's name as it looks through the database.

The help I got today was fantastic. I received support just five minutes after I asked for it.

“Smooth cloud migration
Pros
Our system was moved from the local version to the cloud with almost no interruption and very little hassle.
Cons
The scroll bars are very narrow which makes moving through the program difficult. The process for creating a detailed bill also feels a bit more complicated than it needs to be.

Pros
The staff and their support are first-rate. All the features are a perfect match for a firm of our size and are very practical.
Cons
A few potential limitations: there's no ACH payment support for Canadian banks and you can't see workflow tasks on a calendar until they are assigned to a specific person. I'm also not aware of any reports that connect to the workflow, making it hard to track our team's workload or assess progress against the budget.

“Customer support isn't that cool
Pros
The pricing is reasonable and it's pretty simple to handle, plus the training videos embedded in each module are an added bonus.
Cons
While this platform does a lot of things well, it doesn't quite hit the mark for managing customer relationships.
