“Excellent Invoicing and time management system�
Pros
Love how TPS Cloud Axis lets me access everything from any device whether it's a laptop, desktop or iPad since I work remotely. Automatic updates and backups make my life easier. The system is super convenient and the YouTube tutorials are a big help. On top of that, the support team at TPS is cooperative and always ready to assist with anything I need.
Cons
I haven't found anything that bothers me. At first, it took me a while to get used to but after some time I got the hang of it and now it's easy to work with.

“Easy remote access
Pros
My favorite thing is the ability to log in from any computer or iPad since I work from home. The fact that it updates and saves my work automatically is a major bonus. The layout is very welcoming and the YouTube tutorials are helpful but the best part is the support team, they are quick to reply and assist with anything I need. A big thumbs up to the whole group!
Cons
Right now I don't have any complaints. It was a bit tricky to find my way around at first but it becomes much easier as you get familiar with it.

“Clear upgrade over desktop
Pros
This is a huge step up from their old desktop software. You can really tell they've made some smart upgrades that make a difference. And I have to give a special shout-out to their help desk team, they're fantastic
Cons
It required some time for our more experienced staff to learn but the effort was worthwhile. The best approach is to dive in and use it fully, getting answers to individual questions here and there wasn't an effective way to learn as so much of the program is new.

“Great setup support
Pros
We received fantastic assistance from the moment we considered switching, through the setup and even after we were live. We also took the chance to clean up our client records, merging duplicates and adding email addresses. It looks like it will also be a great tool for sending emails to our entire client list.
Cons
Loading our firm's main page can sometimes be slow due to technical problems with Microsoft's servers which is outside of the provider's control. Our only worry was internet outages, but I expect those to be very rare over the long term.

“Positive new layout
Pros
Our experience is positive so far as we're just getting familiar with the new layout compared to the old version. The team replies quickly and has a lot of patience!
Cons
Not being able to print directly from the system is an adjustment. You have to create a PDF or Word file first and then print from there. We'd been on the desktop edition since 2010, so adapting will take time. It's also annoying to have to repeatedly change the setting for how many items show on a page.

Pros
It's a welcoming product with many excellent tools that we can customize for our company. The support staff is both expert and attentive. Logging hours and creating bills is a simple process.
Cons
We haven't run into any problems yet. Getting in and moving around is simple and there are plenty of tools to use.

“Very useful program backed by outstanding customer service�

I found it quite simple to use and the customer service is top-notch. When you're just getting started, every page has helpful tips. If you ever get stuck, there's a forum full of common questions and if you don't find what you need, the support team is always quick to step in and help you out.
Cons
Felt like a new software after the update since it changed so much. Fortunately, TPS gave us time to get used to the new design before the switch. That made the transition much smoother.

Pros
The program is simple and the help desk is outstanding. While you're learning, every screen has guidance available. The customer service is truly top-tier! There's a community section that answers common questions and if your answer isn't there, the team is great at getting you what you need promptly.
Cons
The new version looked so different it was like a completely new system. Our firm could transition gradually because we were given a period to try the new interface before the final switch. This was a huge help.

Cons
Honestly I can't pinpoint anything I dislike about the actual product. I used the old version for years and was a fan and the move was far simpler than I anticipated.

“Recording payments is smooth
Pros
Recording client payments is very smooth, I know the time logging function is a huge help for our accountants during the busy tax season.
Cons
I'm still very new to the system so I haven't found any downsides yet. I plan to work through the video guides for each section. I've already done some work with the billing feature.

In my experience, it's quick and easy to use. Plus, the added features help me learn along the way and I don't waste time struggling to figure out different modules or reports.
Cons
Certainly takes bit of time and effort to get fully comfortable with how everything works but that's typical for most new programs. So far, I have faced no issues.

It functions very well and feels quite familiar to the previous edition. Moving over was very smooth and the numerous guides make it simple to learn.
Cons
Getting accustomed to the new screens and locating where the old functions are now is a process but the learning period is still quite short.

The help is great, it's simple to pick up and it has powerful reporting features. It's the finest time and billing system I've ever come accross.
Cons
Can't think of a single drawback. Whenever I have a question, the help team is incredibly fast and supportive. The initial setup was excellent unlike our past failed attempts with other companies.

I mainly use it for tracking work hours and creating invoices. The assistance has been wonderful, the team is incredibly supportive and even built a custom report layout just for us.
Cons
We've experienced the program closing unexpectedly a few times. The support crew has always been fast to respond and has fixed the problems.

It's quicker, more convenient and user-friendly with extra choices to find your way or learn as you work. I spend less time trying to locate specific sections or reports.
Cons
It might take a while to fully grasp how the system operates and how to navigate it to use all its features (which is typical for most new software). That said I don't have any specific dislikes so far.

Pros
Moving from the desktop to the online version was smooth. It was mostly easy to figure out but the tutorial videos were a big help.
Cons
The way it handles daily time logs. The old version calculated your total daily hours from your start and end times. The new cloud edition adds up each individual time entry to get the daily total.

“Better organized than desktop
Pros
Feels like everything is better organized in the online version compared to the one we had installed locally. This makes it easier to jump between different jobs. The new task management area seems to have endless potential. I'm excited to use more of the tools that look like they will make my administrative work much more efficient.
Cons
Some features that feel like they should be obvious are missing. For example there's a simple '+' button to add a new client, but not one for new time entries. It would also be more intuitive if new time entries appeared in line with the others, making it easier to log multiple entries without going back to the top menu each time.

Pros
I appreciate how easily they showed me how to fix mistakes and create standard forms when necessary. Our representatives are amazing with their know-how and willingness to help. I couldn't ask for a better team.
