It is a very easy software to use

Pros

The system is reliable, the automation works exceptionally well and the installation process was quite simple and not at all time consuming. Handling payments from buyers and delivering payments to our sellers was not a problem at all.

Cons

Well I am unsure about the payment status after sending it. There are too many frustrated employees who do not know where their money is or why it has not reached their accounts if there is a problem.

Advance API for payouts

Pros

Trolley offers a great API that allows companies to develop their own internal payout management systems.

Cons

I feel like Trolleys API documentation could be improved for developing mobile based payout management apps.

Great tool for sending payments across the globe

Pros

Once it was set up, using it was very simple. Also the dashboard and interface are excellent and user friendly. The API fit our requirements for integration with our existing systems and for automating our payout process.

Cons

We could not integrate PayPal due to limitations on PayPals end for non-US accounts. Also it would have been helpful to have more transparency and support from Trolley regarding this during the sales pitch and initial setup.

WOW Every step of the way

Pros

The tax form features and payout options are fantastic and greatly improve our business operations. We also like the integration with Refersion.

Cons

Setting up and getting approved for bank transfer payouts takes a bit of time but they have made the process as simple as possible and are far ahead of others.

Trolley is good

Pros

What I found most impressive was the ease of use of their APIs and particularly their widgets, which are pretty easy to integrate and set up.

Cons

There is a room for improvement in a documentation department. Like it would be helpful to have more detailed documents about payment and recipient status and the various possible scenarios. The webhooks portal could also benefit from enhancements such as more granular event selection, a UI for testing different webhooks and their payloads and better reporting tools to monitor them.

Great system - easy to use!

Pros

Trolley is quite user friendly and the interface is very user friendly. Furthermore the customer support team is also very friendly and supportive.

Cons

As a beta customer, we faced many issues in the beginning with payments being delayed or not sent. But over time we were able to resolve these issues as the product improved.

I highly recommend Trolley

Pros

Well the software offers a free trial period and online training on how to use the software. I highly recommend it.

Cons

Pros

Useful Service for Different Countries Payouts

Pros

Trolley service offers a widget that simplifies setting up customers. Also their support responses are quick, the API documentation is helpful and the dashboard is useful. It supports payouts to many countries and banks and works with both PayPal and bank transfers.

Cons

At times there are errors during payout creation even though they are rare. Also it can be difficult to figure out what went wrong during the process, and there are sometimes timeout errors.

Pros

I received a lot of personalized support from the team. The service offers multiple features and is highly customizable.

Cons

I have to use their currency exchange systems and pay the associated fees even if I do not need them. Also it is a very new product and because of this it is difficult to integrate it with existing systems and there is not an easy to use library available for integration.

Trolley supported us through many transitions and every step of the way

Pros

Trolley makes payments simple with a great API that works internationally. They handle tax compliance and have a knowledgeable team that is always ready to assist. Over the two years we have worked together, they have supported us multiple times. We transitioned from being demanding customers to partners who frequently refer leads. Despite the long journey, Trolley has stood by us and helped us through various challenges. If you get the chance definitely work with them!

Cons

Compliance issues are unavoidable in the financial services industry and while its not their fault completely, we are glad that PR did everything they could to help us navigate the legal requirements. We are quite grateful for their support in that area.

Pretty good overall

Pros

Using Trolley has been very very simple. We recently switched from our previous payment processor and so far, it has been an improvement. Customer service has been quite good and responsive. The company seems to address the transitional issues we have faced and clearly aims to make their product as effective as possible.

Cons

At the moment there is not a single way to download a monthly statement. I have to navigate through 3 or 4 different screens to see all of our transactions which makes monthly reconciliation very difficult for me as a bookkeeper. I did reach out to their customer service and they mentioned that statements will be available soon.

Top-notch payments platform

Pros

The Trolley dashboard is top notch. We have used several third party payment platforms and because we spend a lot of time on this, it is important that the dashboard is modern, user friendly and fast. The user experience is the best we have encountered among all payment platforms.

Cons

Importing tens of thousands of recipients was a bit tedious. We had to divide our list into groups of about 1,000 recipients each to avoid issues. Since this was a one time task for us it worked out fine.

Easy-to-use user interface

Pros

It has a user interface that is very easy to use for manual payments on their platform. They also offer a fantastic API that we successfully integrated into our proprietary system which allows us to process payments seamlessly. Everything has been smooth thanks to the representative and their dedication to providing high-quality service from the initial demo to our daily usage as current customers as the service has been very impressive.

Cons

I have been told that Trolley is working on a solution but for now you have to maintain a balance in your account and direct-debits take around 5 business days to process. For large volumes of transactions this means you have to keep adding funds to your account, with direct-debits on a 5 day lag. You can use wire transfers instead but they come with higher costs.

EFFICIENT - FRIENDLY - EFFECTIVE

Pros

I really like the user friendliness of Trolley and ease of use whether adding a supplier or making a transfer. The low transaction costs and efficiency in currency exchange are quite competitive compared to banks and the wires are received within a short timeframe.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have much to say except that it was a game changer for us compared to traditional banks.
