It takes full advantage of the strength and intuitive interface of Microsoft Excel which makes it easier for users to work with familiar spreadsheets while improving control, data accuracy and collaboration features. It simplifies data consolidation from various sources which helps us in centralize and automate data collection. Also Vena can pull information from multiple systems like databases and ERP tools, reducing manual input and minimizing the risk of errors.
Cons
Creating detailed custom templates can be a time consuming task. It can get frustrating when building reports with complex details particularly if the report has issues or is mapped incorrectly.

Pros
It offers great value for its cost and makes it easy to create reports and share information without any problem. Also it is very simple and easy to navigate with minimal setup required. What really stood out to me were the training sessions and webinars which made it much easier to pick up and apply.
Cons
I want to point out a few issues such as Support is lacking, The interface/design could be improved. Also sometimes the system operates slowly.

It offers you flexibility and is one of the easiest, most efficient apps for building templates. Also it provides the simplest way to share documents or data across departments. Everything from budgets to revenue tracking and planning can be managed well whether you are a small or large business.
Cons
There is room for improvement. The template takes around 3 to 4 minutes to load, and its somewhat pricey to maintain. Support also needs upgrading.

I like how easily we can collaborate in Vena and the approval process is now much smoother which was an issue before. I also like the dashboard and interface which feel similar to Excel, something I am familiar with and it saves time when it comes to generating and sharing reports.
Cons
Although its a bit pricey and its integration with existing ERP software took some time to stabilize still it is excellent for the tasks it is designed for.

The best thing about Vena is that it integrates easily with MS Excel and even someone with limited Excel knowledge can work with large datasets. It also helps us understand the overall performance of our company and analyze market trends excellently.
Cons
The most challenging aspect of using Vena is its interface which takes some time to get used to because it is a bit different from what I am accustomed to. Plus the software's price is higher compared to some other FP&A tools on the market.
