“easy setup & exceptional drilldown capability
Pros
Getting the platform up and running is easy and it's simple to operate. It can manage many different businesses, divisions and types of currency.
Cons
The ability to dig into the details is outstanding. We can go all the way down to the original bill which for us means we rarely have to open our main accounting program.

“highly adaptable
Pros
The system can be fully tailored and adjusted easily when needs change. Being able to quickly insert extra columns for better data review is a major plus. The ability to click into details and export information are also key tools.
Cons
Nothing I specifically dislike. I'd like to be able to break down the data in several different ways without having to export it to Excel.

Pros
The platform has many advantages beginning with very expert and flexible trainers who help build a strong base for any successful reporting. The software lets users create an endless number of reports comparing this year to past years for review.
Cons
Beyond building reports it can combine different currencies from various units into a single reporting currency which is essential for our monthly summaries.

“simple and excel-based
Pros
I love how simple it is, with all the information right there. This is a huge help and makes everything much easier. I also love being able to completely personalize my view. Having it built within Excel is another benefit as I don't have to learn a whole new program I can work from what I already know.
Cons
I don't like that it's not simple to perform multi-part searches using a control panel. I wish it could easily examine different segments of an account code to filter by both division and department more simply.

“powerful and polished
Pros
You can build reports that are polished enough for presentations or deep enough for analysis. Either way you have the power to dig right down to the original source like a single transaction or even the scanned bill itself.
Cons
Right now I have no complaints. The platform recently added a function for limited, on-demand data refreshes. My only previous issue was the lack of this and that's now fixed.

After the initial setup, the platform is simple and adaptable. Since adopting it, we've made our budgeting process much more efficient and added functions we didn't have before. Over the last three years, we've also incorporated more complex reports for both internal and external use
Cons
You need thorough training to understand the platform but they have expert staff who provide the instruction.

The product lets us construct our financial summaries in Excel pulling results straight from our main accounting system. We can also click into any account to see the individual transactions right on the sheet.

This tool has totally changed how my company puts together financial statements. It's very simple to use and updates drafts rapidly.
