“use it mostly for revenue/billing

Pros

WolfePak is a big improvement over what we used before. Once we got started their team came on site for a week to help with the transition which was really helpful. We mostly use it for revenue and billing and its generally simple to use.

Cons

We have experienced some inconsistencies with the WolfePak and there are procedures that could be made easier. However they do consistently ask for feedback to improve which is a positive sign. One other dislike is the high turnover in their team like some programmers we enjoyed working with have moved on.
