“Solved our revenue recognition issues
Pros
We have seen a huge improvement in how we handle revenue recognition and billing since we switched to Zenskar for both subscription and usage based pricing models. Plus it has eliminated a lot of manual work allowing us to focus more on our financial operations.
Cons
It is quite a powerful tool although tailoring it to fit our exact requirements took some time and effort. But thankfully the support team has been responsive and extremely helpful to us throughout the setup process.

Zenskar has made our billing process much more efficient by letting us automate and customize pricing for our automation services which is important for meeting our clients specific needs.
Cons
Getting used to the switch took a bit of time but the continuous support has proven really useful in helping us overcome the initial challenges.

Pros
We are really happy with how Zenskar's billing software works. Plus it makes setting up credit notes, overages and minimum commitments easy and hassle-free.
Cons
It took a little time for us to fully get the hang of the platform but it was definitely worth it. Their support team is consistently available on Slack throughout the day to assist us.

Pros
Zenskar makes data integration a simple task. Also we can create customer details through the UI, API or pull them directly from HubSpot via our sandbox.
Cons
No problems so far as everything has been running smoothly.

“Highly adaptable billing and rev-rec automation tool
Pros
The integration with HubSpot and NetSuite was easy. Also it automated our billing and revenue recognition, automatically generating journal entries and syncing them with NetSuite saving us a lot of time by eliminating manual invoicing. Their support team is quick to respond and the best thing is that we can reach them via Slack, Zoom or email.
Cons
So far everything has been great with no complaints from our side.

“No-code tool that has a great subscription model
Pros
We were struggling to manage our hybrid billing model like prepaid subscriptions + postpaid overages manually because no tool seemed to fit our needs. But Zenskar changed that by automating the entire process. Their no-code pricing builder is a game-changer allowing us to easily modify contracts and billing schedules without relying on engineering support. Also it has made our billing system more efficient and flexible and this saved us time and effort.
Cons
We have not run into any significant issues with the platform. One of the standout aspects has been its support team who quickly resolved all our queries through Slack, Zoom and email.

Pros
Zenskar is pretty simple to set up. What I like the most is that it's fully customizable and not just limited to usage-based billing like other tools.
Cons
I cannot think of any major downsides. They have some amazing features planned for the future and I am looking forward to them. If I had to mention something it would just be the wait for those features.

Zenskar gives us the flexibility to configure any pricing model and it brings together all the key features we need from billing to collections to usage tracking and revenue recognition. Their customer service is excellent too. And even after six months, they continue to support us and resolve any questions we have right away.
Cons
I thought we might run into some issues but to my surprise, the entire process from starting the pilot to migration and going live was completely smooth.
