Zervant is a fantastic product

Pros

The customer service is excellent and it is easy to use. The layout is great and it comes highly recommended. And if you ask me what is the best part? It's free!

Cons

Unfortunately, almost every invoice I send through the email function ends up in my clients' spam boxes, even after they have initially marked it as "not spam." Follow-up invoices still find their way to spam.

We have only been using Zervant for a couple of weeks, but it has made invoicing much simpler

Pros

The cost (it's free!), the simplicity and the ease of reviewing all invoices are fantastic. I can easily add or remove columns, send quotes, invoices and receipts without any hassle. I also like the option it gives to include a packing slip and attach card receipts, along with personalizing messages.

Cons

There is a limitation in the software where I can't write more than two decimal places in the Ex-VAT column. As a result, when the unit is set to 100, the Inc VAT price is calculated incorrectly. To avoid this issue, I have to manually calculate the full amount and enter it in the Inc VAT column.

I like it!

Pros

I really like the flexibility it offers as it allows me to include or exclude specific sections. It's user-friendly and generates PDFs easily. The final look of the invoice is clean and neat.

Cons

It's very much important to address the decimal issue. Currently, the software only calculates up to two decimals, which causes a discrepancy between the invoice total and the buyer's purchase order total. I have provided detailed reports about this issue before, and it needs to be resolved.
