Pros

Sending out invoices is so easy with this tool.

Cons

I decided to pay a yearly fee to access additional features, such as connecting to my bank for automatic payment status updates on invoices. However, after making the payment, I realized that this function wasn't working. I reached out to their support team and they kept assuring me that they were working on it. It's been four months now, and despite multiple refund requests, they continue to refuse to give me my money back.

Useful and easy to use software
Pros

The interface is simple and nice, and I can easily log in with my Gmail account.

Cons

Finding the setup for automatic invoicing can be challenging, and there are no reminders about upcoming automatic invoices that I am about to create.

A solid paltform that makes my life easy
Pros

I enjoy the option to write complex and detailed invoices quickly and pretty easily. Also it is great that I can copy a previous invoice to create a new one. Before using this product, invoicing used to take a lot of time of mine but now it's easy and pretty much satisfying.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a button that displays the total earnings from the beginning of the year instead of having to choose a specific date range (although it defaults to one year). However, this is a minor issue compared to how useful I find the software.

Seamless & slick invoicing & billing
Pros

Zervant is really easy to use and the sign-up process is simple. I can go from signing up to invoicing within minutes. I also like the option to download invoices or send them directly from within the portal.

Cons

During peak hours, the system can be a bit slow at times. Additionally, the trial setup limited the number of customers I could include.

With Zervant now I can easily create invoices, add new customers and include company details.

Cons

It would be beneficial to have extra space to add UTR numbers, not just Company numbers. Although I can choose the option for non-VAT registered, the VAT column remains in the invoice. In the Construction industry, we need to deduct 20% for CIS Tax and it would be great if I could customize the row to add CIS tax instead of having the word "discount."

Zervant software is both easy to use and feature-rich. I primarily use it for creating invoices, and it offers all the necessary options for different services or countries.

Cons

I noticed that some fields, such as the invoice number cannot be modified.

Pros

This product is easy to use and intuitive. I also like that it's not overly complicated but still provides a clear dashboard to help me stay organized. Moreover I like how easily I can convert estimates into invoices.

Cons

I haven't found information about whether it can connect to my bank account for easy reconciliation and bookkeeping. I am also unsure if this product complies with HMRC Making Tax Digital in the UK. If it doesn't comply, I will have to switch to a different supplier.

Great software with free option for small businesses
Pros

The ability to create invoices with just a click of a button, along with the convenience of constructing and sending emails and follow-ups, makes the process very easy.

Cons

There were changes to customer limits last year. Luckily, we rarely bill the same customer, so once they have paid, we can delete them to make space for new customers and maintain the free service status.

Pros

I have been using the free version for a couple of years, and I am impressed with how I can customize invoices to look visually appealing while including all the necessary commercial and legal information. It offers various payment methods, including credit cards. I can send invoices via email (none of which have been classified as spam by my clients), download them or even have Zervant send them by mail (although I haven't tried this option).

Cons

The free version has a limit of 10 customers. I prefer a bit more.

The invoices look professional, and the reports provided are useful. The templates make generating invoices a simple process.

Cons

It doesn't have the ability to handle expenses anymore. It seems like the free package used to have this function, but it has been removed.

Great idea and quick to use
Pros

Zervant gives you the option to send invoices directly to customers emails. Moreover I am eagerly awaiting the option to have 'posted invoices' go live.

Cons

The customer upload facility is not as simple as thought. As a result, when I tried to add new customers, all my existing customers got duplicated.

Pros

Zervant software is easy to use, especially with the pop-up assistant that guides you through the process. The focus on European customs is beneficial, particularly for freelancers who can select the appropriate EU VAT options.

Cons

It's impossible to customize the layout. There is only one template available, and there are no options to add colors or customize fields broadly. Also I can't send the invoice directly to the client like Invoice Ninja allows. Moreover it doesn't have any features to track payments and delays, and there's no option to link it to PayPal.

I love how user-friendly it is, especially for me as I am not very tech-savvy. The fact that it's also free is a major plus!

It's fairly easy to use.
Pros

It automatically calculates sums for you, as long as you have entered the information correctly, such as VAT. It saves all the inputted data and calculates total expenses and presents them in various charts.

Cons

After finalizing the figures on my invoices, I am unable to deduct CIS tax for the building trade.

Pros

Zervant software is fast, reliable and easy to use, not to mention completely free. The software is intuitive and takes care of dates and deadlines, which is incredibly useful.

Cons

It would be great if the software could also store expenses to keep track of the company's ins and outs. Apart from that, everything else is absolutely perfect.

Using it is simple and stress free. It makes invoicing a hassle free task and the fact that it's free is perfect for a small operation like mine. What's not to love?

Cons

Pros

I can easily integrate logos and choose input fields for individual invoices. It automatically generates PDFs as well.

Cons

New customers are unable to use the software for expenses, and there seems to be a glitch that produces multi-page PDFs when payment options are over-populated.

Pros

The customer service is excellent and it is easy to use. The layout is great and it comes highly recommended. And if you ask me what is the best part? It's free!

Cons

Unfortunately, almost every invoice I send through the email function ends up in my clients' spam boxes, even after they have initially marked it as "not spam." Follow-up invoices still find their way to spam.

We have only been using Zervant for a couple of weeks, but it has made invoicing much simpler
Pros

The cost (it's free!), the simplicity and the ease of reviewing all invoices are fantastic. I can easily add or remove columns, send quotes, invoices and receipts without any hassle. I also like the option it gives to include a packing slip and attach card receipts, along with personalizing messages.

Cons

There is a limitation in the software where I can't write more than two decimal places in the Ex-VAT column. As a result, when the unit is set to 100, the Inc VAT price is calculated incorrectly. To avoid this issue, I have to manually calculate the full amount and enter it in the Inc VAT column.

I like it!
Pros

I really like the flexibility it offers as it allows me to include or exclude specific sections. It's user-friendly and generates PDFs easily. The final look of the invoice is clean and neat.

Cons

It's very much important to address the decimal issue. Currently, the software only calculates up to two decimals, which causes a discrepancy between the invoice total and the buyer's purchase order total. I have provided detailed reports about this issue before, and it needs to be resolved.
