The interface is very user friendly. Also it's easy to move around and presents information in a neat, well-ordered way. Plus it keeps things simple so even those without accounting backgrounds can handle finances.

Cons

From my experience it lacks built-in payroll capabilities and depends on external add-ons which can feel less integrated and sometimes don't cover all payroll needs.

It is packed with useful features and overall feels quite powerful. In general I really liked it a lot. As it offers an extensive selection of invoice templates and tweaking them seems easy too. Plus they provide their own apps for most business needs and those tools appear to plug into this platform without much hassle.

Cons

After checking their community forum I noticed a number of replies were hard to follow which made me somewhat wary about how responsive and helpful their customer support might be.
