“Perfect for our needs

Pros

I value the access to market insights that Alphasense provides, which aren't readily available through traditional sources like Google or AI searches. Also we have access to unique information not found elsewhere and the new Ai features, particularly the summary reports, are much appreciated.

Cons

It's somewhat expensive, which can be a barrier for smaller or mid sized companies. While Alpha sense clearly understands its core customer base and the value it provides to them, I don't anticipate a price change. However it remains costly for a company of our size.

Pros

It enables me to easily track companies I follow. AlphaSense serves as my central hub for financial updates and transcripts, while also allowing me to conduct focused research on specific topics. For example I can use AlphaSense to find out how often the companies I track mention inflation in their earnings calls.

Cons

It offers so many features that it can be overwhelming to use initially. I feel like I've only just scratched the surface of what it's capable of.

Pros

AlphaSense offers a comprehensive database that includes a wide range of information, such as articles, publications and conference calls. This allows users to obtain highquality data all from one platform.

Cons

I think the user interface is more complex and less adaptable than I had hoped, which leads to a longer learning curve.

AlphaSense is an all encompassing platform that gives me quick and accurate access to company reports and investment analyst insights. In my role in market intelligence, we use AlphaSense regularly for reports. Their AI tool speeds up my work by analyzing text and providing automatic company outlooks, which is simple to use and helps onboard new team members. The customer service is responsive and always ready to assist, with multiple touchpoints throughout the year. The implementation process is smooth as they offer training courses and sessions.

Cons

Integrating the collaborative tools into our internal processes can be challenging. We still need to adopt better practices to use the notebooks effectively and the platform could benefit from more features to make collaboration easier.

The platform is dynamic, userfriendly for searching and makes it easy to save notes that are directly linked to the original sources.

Cons

There is occasional lag when generating results but that's the only issue I've encountered.

Pros

AlphaSense's dashboards provide a convenient way to view everything in one place and personalize your feed. I use it monthly to create a market insights newsletter and their customer service is excellent, assisting me in setting up all the alerts I need.

Cons

It's limited to public information, much like a Google alert. Sharing articles with non subscribers is also difficult.

Pros

We are extremely satisfied with AlphaSense because it has become an essential tool for market intelligence, helping us eliminate doubts regarding corporate strategy for every campaign. The platform is very simple, providing answers faster thanks to its rich content, real time updates, Ai capabilities, expert insights and dedicated product specialists. There's no more uncertainty!

Cons

As it's still a relatively new platform, its collaboration and visualization tools are somewhat limited. The filters don't work as efficiently as expected but fortunately, the platform has a responsive support team that helps us navigate these issues. It's expected to improve over time.

Pros

Speed: Alphasense is faster than competitor platforms for broker report research. AI: It automatically applies synonyms and relevant keywords to improve the search results when you enter a query.

Cons

Sometimes the amount of content can be overwhelming, with too many results leading to decision fatigue.

Pros

The great thing about Alphasense is its constant evolution, offering new ways to capture information. Also their support team is excellent, always available to teach new features, answer questions and even assist with searches.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any drawbacks to Alphasense.
