Pros
It provides us with a clearer insight into searches that return no results, helping us create relevant content. Additionally it allows us to easily reorder and prioritize search results according to our business needs.
Cons
At times, a bit of technical support is needed initially to ensure it can easily identify content from multiple sources (under one domain), a complexity that I believe most general users wouldn't encounter.

Pros
I reached out to Cludo when I was investigating an error related to their search for my client. Their response was quick and thorough. They were able to identify the root cause of the issue and successfully resolved it.
Cons
The time zone difference between us and the team can sometimes be a bit frustrating, especially when we need quick resolutions for issues. However also the team has been very responsive so far, so we haven't yet experienced delays in receiving timely replies.

Cludo's interface is relatively simple to navigate. It's easy to adjust results and set rankings.
Cons
One of the most common complaints we receive from our users is poor site search performance. They expect it to work as well as Google or Bing. Cludo mentioned that the main reason we're seeing poor results is the quality of our content (my team is small, consisting of two people, and we manage content for nearly 20,000 pages). It feels like we have to manually fine-tune nearly every result to ensure it returns relevant pages but honestly, we don't have the time to dedicate to that.
