quick setup for client databases

Pros

Getting data integrated with this tool has been quick and simple which is exactly what I needed. Setting up a custom database for a client only takes a few minutes and that speed makes a big difference in my workflow. It fits my needs really well.

Cons

I honestly haven't run into any real issues, at least for the ways I currently use it.

Simple dashboard

Pros

Right from the start, using and implementing Detrics felt very simple. The platform is simple, the support team is excellent and best of all, I haven't run into any bugs. Integration with all the marketing platforms I use was quick and Detrics lets me pull all the marketing metrics and dimensions I need to build dashboards for my clients. The import and export features are also a huge plus since they let me recreate dashboards in just seconds. I'm really happy I switched to Detrics and since I use it every day, it has completely improved my dashboarding workflow.

Cons

Up to this point I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about it.

fast reports and simple setup

Pros

Running reports for my agency is much more manageable with Detrics. It simplifies the whole process, makes downloading data a lot quicker and the platform is very user-friendly. I also appreciate how simple the integration is and how fast it responds when I'm using it. On top of that it's cost-effective which adds a lot of value. With only a few clicks, I can download data, keep everything organized and schedule queries without much effort. Even the initial setup was simple, basically just a couple of clicks and account creation.

Cons

The only issue I've run into is when the data volume gets extremely large, it can cut off a little or start bugging out.

Customizable and simple analytics

Pros

I found this software to be a really pleasant surprise. I'm always on the lookout for tools that genuinely make work simpler and this one absolutely delivered. The interface feels very simple and clean yet it still includes all the important functionality you'd expect.

Cons

With this software I was able to get accurate data within minutes and what I appreciated most is how customizable it is to fit different needs. It's obvious a lot of thought went into the user experience which I really value. If you're after a tool that's both powerful and simple, it is definitely worth choosing. I'd absolutely recommend it.

retail insights that deliver

Pros

we needed solid analytics without the usual complexity for running a small retail business across both a physical shop and an online store and this platform delivered exactly that. We were able to connect Shopify, Square POS and our Facebook Ads account in just a few clicks. The ready-made retail dashboards gave us instant visibility into which products were performing best across different channels. On top of that, the reports are clear enough that even team members without a technical background can follow them easily.

Cons

It would be even better if there were a direct integration with our local inventory management system since we still have to handle some data entry manually.

Unified store data wins

Pros

Running an e-commerce business across several online stores has been a huge win for our team. It automatically brings in data from Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and our ad platforms into a single dashboard so we can finally see everything across all stores in one unified view. The real-time inventory syncing between platforms also got rid of the overselling problems we were dealing with. Getting started was pretty simple too.. we simply connected our accounts through their OAuth system and had everything up and running within a few hours.

Cons

At the moment they still don't offer an Etsy integration and that's a meaningful sales channel for our business. Because of that we still have to import Etsy data manually which adds an extra step to our workflow.

reliable data automation

Pros

Daily reporting has become much more efficient . I use it to pull data from different media platforms straight into Google Sheets so there's no manual downloading involved anymore. I've also had my team start using it for the same workflow and it has made a noticeable difference in how quickly we get things done. The interface feels simple and the automatic updates mean our data stays current without extra work. It has saved us a huge amount of time and lets us move faster when optimizing campaigns.

Cons

Honestly everything has been working exactly as expected. The platform does what it says it will do: it's fast, dependable and simple to use. We haven't run into any problems, bugs or meaningful limitations.

Marketing data fully organized

Pros

It has completely changed how we manage and analyze campaigns across different platforms by bringing all our marketing data into one place with. Connecting Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn was incredibly simple and the automatic updates in Google Sheets save us a huge amount of time every single week.

Cons

Using the platform feels very simple and it doesn't call for any technical background so our team was able to adopt it without any trouble. Customer support has also been a big plus .. whenever we've reached out, the team has replied fast and handled things really well.

Efficient automation

Pros

Detrics helped us bring all our advertising data from Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok into one place by sending it directly to Google Sheets and automating the whole process. That got rid of the manual routine of exporting files, combining datasets and cleaning everything up by hand. The integrations have been very stable, the scheduled updates run flawlessly and the support team responds quickly whenever needed. After putting it in place, we saved a substantial number of operational hours and clearly improved both the turnaround time and overall quality of our client reporting.

Cons

At this point I really don't have any complaints. The platform does exactly what it says it will do: it's fast, dependable and very simple to work with. We also haven't run into any integration problems or issues with the automated updates.

Pros

Getting reports out of Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn into Google Sheets became much simpler now. We no longer have to export files or combine data manually because everything is connected directly and updates on its own. The setup is quick, the sync is fast and it has saved us many hours of repetitive work every week. On top of that, the support team responds very quickly and the onboarding process was very simple. Because of this, we've been able to deliver reports to clients faster and with more consistency which has clearly improved how they view our service.

Cons

The platform has done exactly what it said it would do: it's stable, fast and very simple to work with. It covers everything we needed and we haven't run into any important issues or noticeable limitations. Even the automatic updates have been consistently reliable and error-free.
