What stands out to me is its high level of advancement in Business Intelligence and visual insights. It allows me to make quick, impactful decisions by building custom metrics on a dashboard, which can then be integrated with ERP & SaaS products for my company.

Cons

In my experience, the data refresh feature is not fully reliable. On some occasions, it fails to refresh the data during the daily updates, and I have to wait for another day to see live data updates. While this is rare, I would really appreciate it if this issue could be permanently fixed.

Setting up the PDP policies is difficult, even with the dynamic PDP policy, as all the attributes require manual input. The help function could also be more user-friendly.

As someone who specializes in ETL and Data Visualization, I find the cards and dashboards approach useful for developers and analysts to visualize and analyze data. Business users might find it a bit more complicated, but I have no trouble working with various data sources, scheduling pipeline updates and reports, setting up alerts, and managing data lineage.

Cons

Writing and debugging SQL code in the ETL pipelines is a complicated and time-consuming process. Also, cards are not very responsive to resizing. While Domo has a similar feature to Tableau's LOD calculations, it is not as flexible as DAX.

The fact that Domo pulls data quickly from Salesforce is essential for our company. While Salesforce reporting is not great, Domo gives me everything I need.

Initially, it is not the easiest platform to navigate, but it's not too difficult to figure out once you spend some time with it.
