Happeo is easy for me to use, with a platform that is efficiently laid out and allows me to easily share content across the organization.
Cons
There's not much functionality that my organization uses in Happeo, except for sharing updates and company news.

“Exactly what we've been looking for
Pros
Setting it up was easy. We were looking for something to improve internal communication within our company. With the pandemic, we went from 50 people in the office to over 150 worldwide, so having a platform where we could centralize everything was key. Happeo has helped us achieve that.
Cons
There are a few missing features, but I appreciate that Happeo works hard to take customer feedback into account and try to add them to the platform. I believe it will be perfect soon. It's hard to satisfy every client's needs, but they make an effort!

“A great tool for internal communication
Pros
Happeo is a very useful tool with a great interface and is inexpensive. The implementation process was simple, and Happeo support has been very efficient. I also have a good understanding of future features that will be added.
Cons
Nongoogle users still can't access the platform and I hope to see improvements in this area.

The look and feel of Happeo reminds me of a social media site with its news feed, which is familiar and user-friendly. The ease of setting up pages for knowledge retention and categorizing that knowledge allows it to function as both a wiki and an intranet.
Cons
New features released are beta-tested within the community, but sometimes they turn out to be useful only in very specific use cases, not as broadly applicable as they initially seemed.

The channels in Happeo are like a Facebook wall, where posts move in a feed-like fashion. This similarity helped me learn the platform's features quickly and encouraged me to engage more as I explored the variety of channels.
Cons
The translation function is usable, but not all languages are translated perfectly yet.
