I really like how simple and easy the interface is. It has drag-and-drop features, great visualizations and lots of self-service options. It's perfect for business users who might not have a lot of technical knowledge, which is really useful. Plus it simplifies analytics so users can explore and analyze data without needing much training.

Cons

Some people with limited technical backgrounds have said that it's learning curve is a bit steep. While the platform is easy to use for most, some of the more advanced features or functions require extra training or support. Improving the onboarding process and making learning resources more accessible could help with this.

It handles huge databases without slowing down. I've tried other data visualization tools, and they all crashed when uploading large data, but this one keeps things running smoothly.

There have been some crashes, like when it wouldn't read an xlsx sheet from Google Drive (it gives an error saying it can't see it even though it's already chosen as a data source but doesn't load). It's been a while since our version could read any Google Sheets, but aside from that, most functions work fine.
