“Reliable tool

Pros

What really stands out to me about Kitman Labs is the amazing support from their entire team. They are always there when you need them.

Cons

It feels like some features take forever to get added into the platform which can be a bit frustrating mainly we are waiting for something useful.

Pros

There are lots of dashboard options you can set up and the team is always ready to help out. Once our dashboards are in place, we are able to dig into some valuable analysis.

Cons

A few of the dashboards do not scale well when printing to A4. In short it is difficult for us to fit neatly on the page.

“Simplifies the workflow

Pros

One of my favorite parts is how fast and simple it is to extract key data and turn it into clear visual insights.

Cons

I feel like the print function could really use some improvement. Also it would make life easier if we could just attach forms with a single click.

It is like having one main spot for all the info we gather from the medical and performance teams. In short it is super easy to access whenever and whatever we need it.

Cons

The setup process was a bit too rigid like it's been tricky trying to adjust how we want our info to be displayed to match what we actually need.

Pros

The app's forms are very simple and viewing, store and download data is not a trouble at all. Plus it makes it simple for us to collaborate with other teams and even get help from their data science crew.

Cons

One downside I have noticed is that the dashboard does not measure reliability or effect sizes. Plus there is no way to auto track rolling scores when looking at fatigue data.

“Had a good experience

Pros

Allan's been awesome to work with really supportive and easy to communicate with. I also like how some of the features are customized just for us. Plus the blood test reports we built together are solid and the injury and illness dashboards are performing great.

Cons

Since it is not built with cycling in mind, some parts just do not line up. A few of the steps feel awkward or not very intuitive. Also the way the medications section works does not fit our workflow, so we have had to rely on a different tool for that.
