session replay that delivers

Pros

Bug tracking and session replay are really the reason I have stuck with LogRocket. When something breaks, it gives me a near-exact replay of the user's experience which makes troubleshooting and fixing issues much more easy for me.

Cons

One thing that does get annoying is how aggressive the sales outreach can be. I have created several accounts across different companies and projects and I keep receiving emails pushing paid plans, even though only a small number of those accounts actually need one.

User friendly replay features

Pros

The interface is very user friendly and the feature set has been really strong especially the session replay tools which I use the most.

Cons

I haven't usedthe platformbroadly enough yet to give a fair opinion on any downsides.

Session replay is invaluable

Pros

Watching session replays is the biggest reason I continue using LogRocket. Seeing the unexpected ways people move through my platform has been genuinely eye-opening and it gives me a much clearer picture of what's actually going on in the user experience.

Cons

There's nothing I genuinely dislike aboutthis software but if I had to point out one small thing, I'd love a way to flag specific issues, like when a page gets caught in a redirect loop and never finishes loading.

game changer tool

Pros

Session preview has been a complete game changer for me.

Cons

Gettingthis platformset up can be a bit tricky when your website relies on third-party systems.

Highly valuable tool

Pros

Having session replay available is really valuable for me especially with the ability to view network events alongside it.

Cons

The downside is that longer replay sessions get extremely laggy and I usually have to trim them down to just a few minutes or my browser ends up crashing.

Useful session debug console

Pros

The session monitoring is really useful for me especially with the debug console and visibility into network requests. The filters and funnels are also a big plus because they make it much easier for me to review specific customer journeys in detail.

Cons

I'd like the AI features to be more accurate and I also thinkthe platformshould be more generous with its usage limits. It would be even better if the plan included A/B testing capabilities, since that's something other platforms already offer.

useful monitoring, missing session control

Pros

There's a great mix of features here for keeping an eye on my website's performance. It comes with tools that help me pinpoint weak spots and the AI support is a nice addition when it comes to figuring out how to improve things.

Cons

One limitation that still bothers me is the inability to manually delete recorded sessions. I do understand and respect that recordings are connected to a specific service tier and allocated recording volume but there are still situations where having the option to remove certain recordings would be really helpful, even if they would otherwise stay attached to their existing signature for the entire storage period.

Complete session replay data

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that it gives me all the data I need, including session recordings that let me review and investigate incidents, along with really impressive analytics.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues yet and I am enjoyingthe producta lot.

amazing user experience

Pros

From my account management perspective, LogRocket's biggest advantage is how clearly it shows me the actual user experience. The session replay feature and detailed diagnostics make it much simpler for me to spot where users are getting stuck, so my team can figure out what's going on quickly instead of making assumptions. It also makes my client discussions much more useful, since I can point to specific user interactions and real supporting data rather than relying on vague descriptions. Overall, it helps us resolve issues faster, improve the product experience and communicate more effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Cons

A drawback withthis platformis that the volume of data it collects can feel like a lot especially when you're digging through a high number of sessions to find the issues that matter most. The filtering options definitely help but it can still take a while to narrow everything down and identify exactly what you need. On top of that some of the more advanced features and insights take a bit of learning, so teams may need some time before they're able to get the full value out ofthe platform.

Captures detailed request headers

Pros

One thing that's been really useful for me is how many request headers get captured during a session. That makes debugging a lot easier for me especially when I need to pull trace IDs from the LogRocket data that my biz ops team sends over.

Cons

There's still something missing in this area, even if it's hard to pinpoint exactly what. I'd really like to be able to query more metrics inthis platform especially things like request latency.

excellent support

Pros

The combination of simplicity, clear documentation and responsive support is what won me over. Also getting LogRocket into my software solutions was very easy for me. The pricing is competitive, the documentation is extremely clear and the support has been excellent. Even the customer support AI agent has been incredibly helpful throughout the process.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is how the pricing plans are presented, since they were a bit hard to locate at first. I originally assumedthe productwas very expensive but after reaching out to support, I learned there was a lower-cost team plan available. Since I am a solo software provider, I didn't think a team plan would apply to me and I naturally assumed it would cost more. After speaking with customer support, it turned out that option was actually the cheaper fit for my situation.

Effective client session troubleshooting

Pros

Reviewing client sessions with LogRocket has been extremely helpful for me when it comes to troubleshooting issues more effectively. The platform is user friendly and I can quickly watch in real time what problems my clients are running into. The AI chatbot has also been useful since it answers my questions about the product and helps with session analysis. Getting started was fairly easy for me too and their team was very supportive during the initial setup.

Cons

I don't have any cons to mention.

Easy agent productivity monitoring

Pros

Being able to monitor CX agent productivity in detail has been really valuable for me. Connecting Zendesk tickets with LogRocket sessions is also very easy and that has been super helpful for my workflow.

Cons

simple setup

Pros

Getting LogRocket up and running didn't take much effort for me and it has genuinely helped me improve my product by letting me watch real user sessions and understand more clearly how people move through my platform. Session Replay has been particularly valuable for catching bugs, noticing friction points and seeing where the experience becomes confusing, while Digital Analytics gives me a broader view of usage patterns so I can make better-informed product decisions.

Cons

only downside is that the free plan doesn't provide enough coverage, so we burn through the available sessions pretty quickly.

frontend debugging made faster

Pros

The activity tracking and session replay are really helpful for me when it comes to diagnosing frontend issues and getting to a fix much quicker.

Cons

I do wish the PRO features lasted a bit longer during the trial. For larger development teams, 14 days feels too short when you have to go through approvals, development, testing and the rest of the process.
