Well the interface of it is so easy to navigate which makes it perfect for both me and my team to answer our own data questions without needing to reach out to the product analytics team.
Cons
There is not a clear procedure in place to ensure that the data and reporting options we use when querying data ourselves are properly quality-assured meaning we cannot always be certain the data and its interpretation are reliable.

Mixpanel is great for tracking user behavior, analyzing data and optimizing websites or apps. Also I like the fact that it integrates very easily with low-code platforms like Bubble. The setup is quick and it is very customizable. Plus it is priced well which makes it a perfect choice for bootstrapped projects.
Cons
So far I have not come across any negatives or missing features. It is a great product, easy to set up and very reasonably priced. Overall it is quite a powerful tool with very few downsides.

Cons
I noticed that some advanced analytics features are only available in the Enterprise version but that is just a minor inconvenience.
