“Its great but could be faster

Pros

I like how easy it is to use even for someone who's new to it.

Cons

I don't like that you can't just import data and get values back that reflect the imported data. For example instead of clicking on each SKU individually, it would be much quicker to import a larger dataset with SKUs and see the related data right away.

There's a lot of data to check out and it really gives you a lot of good info.

It's a bit clunky and not the most userfriendly.

So good how you can look at data in different ways to get what you need. I brought it into my current company because it helped in my last job and it covers everything from sales to budgets. It's a one-stop shop for data.

It would be great if customers could extract tables to Excel from a view-only version of the dashboard. Right now, you have to set up email subscriptions for tables and data, which feels like double work. A simple export-to-Excel option for customers would make things much easier.

We use it for everything in our reporting. The fact that you can share any dashboard with a link has made it perfect for wallboard reports around the company. Seeing the numbers visually helps everyone get it. Reporting spend is so much easier than using Excel.

Cons

One thing it could improve is modernizing the dashboard graphics. The current options feel a bit limited.

The support team is awesome too. After a rough start during the handover, Phocas really turned things around. They're always engaged, helpful, and know their stuff. Plus, if I can explain what data I need, I know they'll figure out a way to get it for me.

It's not that easy for less tech-savvy team members, especially those who don't understand databases or don't use the tool often. I wish it was easier to import simple data, like a spreadsheet.
