“Beginner-friendly BI tool
Pros
The drag and drop interface is great and the way widgets automatically snap into place is a nice touch. I also love that you can personalize the interface with your own JavaScript and CSS code. Sisense also makes it easy to explore dashboards. As I can zoom in on specific areas of a chart to dive deeper and find more detailed information about that part of the data.
Cons
ElastiCube manager is quite confusing and difficult to work with especially when it comes to data modeling. Also I find it hard to quickly preview the data mashup output.

“Good but not the best
Pros
Sisense software is good as it does the job for us but overall there is definitely a lot of room for improvement.
Cons
The performance needs improvement especially when handling large data sets the way customers like us typically use them.

“Reliable platform
Pros
It shines when it comes to handling complex data from various sources and I also like its powerful visualization tools. The ElastiCube is highly flexible which allows for custom transformations and efficient querying of large datasets. With integrations like Salesforce and SQL, it is a great tool for smooth BI operations. Moreover the BloX widget is particularly useful for creating interactive yet customizable dashboards.
Cons
Learning curve for new users is pretty steep and I have noticed occasional performance lags when working with large datasets. Plus features like BloX can be hard to navigate without proper documentation and the UI is not always user-friendly. And customizing the tool might also take more effort than you expected.

“Amazing for analysis
Pros
The things I like the most about it are that it simplifies SSO configuration and offers seamless integration with the React Compose SDK.
Cons
There is not any video documentation to make things easier to understand particularly for non English speakers like me.

“Love how it makes storytelling feel polished
Pros
The storytelling options and visuals are amazing as they bring all the data I provide to it come to life in a compelling way.
Cons
Well I think there is a need for more integration connectors in order to expand the platforms capabilities.

“Makes KPI tracking simple
Pros
Dashboards are available in both basic and complex formats. However for more complex ones backend support is needed. Though the API integration with Zendesk is a cool feature that I like.
Cons
Creating complex dashboards is way difficult than I expected it to be. Also there is a lack of advanced customization options like for dashboard design.

“Works wonders for large businesses
Pros
Sisense is simply the best for creating visualizations and supports a wide variety of graph types. The caching layer is also well implemented, helping me reduce processing costs on the data warehouse.
Cons
Some features seem buggy to me when dealing with large enterprises. For example the sidebar that syncs schemas and available tables stops working if the data warehouse has too many tables. While the data is still queryable it becomes hard for me to search them within the UI.

“Setup was quick and easy on the wallet
Pros
Unlike tools like Looker or Tableau, I do not need a complex data model to start building dashboards. All I need to do is just plug in my data source and with some basic SQL, I can create decent dashboards. The verified badge on the dashboards and the data alerts are proven quite useful as well.
Cons
I don not think the data import options from various sources are very efficient.

“Works well but it's a bit slow
Pros
The speed at which the data engineers can put together a dashboard for us is impressive.
Cons
At times loading times become a real issue for. The example of it is that a chart can take up to 15 minutes to refresh or even throw an error.

“User-friendly software
Pros
I find the system easy to use whether I am analyzing data reports or checking out dashboards.
Cons
Like any tool it has its drawbacks. The main issue for me is the setup process. Although it integrates with many data sources however configuring those integrations can be tricky. As it is where help from experienced technical support may become necessary.

“Smart tool for business data
Pros
Sisense is user friendly business intelligence and analytics software with a drag and drop interface. It lets us create custom visualizations and reports without needing technical skills. Plus the software can handle large datasets from various sources and provides valuable insights for decision making. It even offers advanced analytics like predictive analytics and machine learning to uncover hidden patterns. Moreover it is scalable and comes with excellent customer support which makes it suitable for us and businesses of all sizes.
Cons
Some of the downsides of it as reported by users include its high cost, steep learning curve for advanced features, fewer visualization options compared to other tools and occasional technical glitches. While the drag and drop interface is easy to use, I have noticed that mastering more advanced customizations can be difficult. However the best thing is that it provides excellent customer support and its powerful analytics and scalability make it a great tool for businesses of all sizes.

“Does the job as I expected it to be!
Pros
The amount of data Sisense can handle is huge and it processes everything at an incredible speed, making it faster for our employees to get reports and results. The tool's architecture is well designed and the API Rest option allows us simple yet easy external access. And thanks to its chip methodology as it is usually faster than its competitors. The data collection and analysis system is one of the best on the market, offering great adaptability and detailed management reports. However the cost is quite high that it makes it not ideal for small businesses. On the plus side customer service is quick and provides clear solutions.
Cons
There can be some instability with data cubes mainly when they get overloaded which does not look great visually. Also some problems arise with the tool's frequently used accessories. Even though it is still a usable tool, the costs seem a bit high to me compared to competitors and we think the subscription plans should be reconsidered.
