Love using it

Pros

It is very easy to use and also quite user friendly. I especially love the ability to sort products by units.

Cons

Occasionally when a product is listed online but has not sold any units yet, I notice a bug where it appears marked down even though it is not. But this usually fixes itself once a customer makes a purchase.

Close to perfect

Pros

Style Arcade is pretty quick and easy to use and the recommendations are spot-on. Plus they really help us understand things better.

Cons

The filters are a bit limited. For example I can only see weekly performance but there is no option to view daily performance.

I highly recommend it

Pros

I absolutely love Style Arcade because it lets me see my top-selling products in just a minute. Also it is so simple to use and I have it open all the time. The best part is being able to export data to both PDF and Excel including pictures. It is truly a game-changer and saves so much time. The filtering options for bestsellers by sales, GP, units and more are pretty great too.

Cons

Only drawback is that you cannot filter by the original full price. When you use the full price filter, it only shows items currently selling at full price but not the SKUs that started at full price but got marked down later. Because of that I usually rely on filtering by GP% to tell the difference.

Great tool

Pros

The image feature is a big win as it is the fastest way to view product photos for any SKU or even multiple SKUs and I use it daily. Also it makes checking sales and tracking performance very easy. Plus I love how the weekly metrics are broken down in a clear visual format especially the discount percentages which are pretty helpful for planning replenishment and keeping an eye on full-price sales trends.

Cons

This is not necessarily a software issue but I have found it tough to get improvement suggestions implemented. It seems to be more of a company related issue. I have made suggestions over a year ago but your team has not been able to access our data. Also I notice a lag when clicking so the platform feels a bit slow. Instant reaction times would be ideal. And I was not happy with the recent update where the filter appearance changed. It now looks very spaced out, making it harder to read and you can only see about three filters on the screen whereas before you could see at least five.
