It gives us solid visibility into our app and having an account manager who stays closely involved has been a real advantage.
Cons
One of the biggest challenges is getting broader adoption and scaling usage across the team. A big reason for that is that our product tagging still has gaps which makes it very hard to find the specific screens and events we need. In that situation neither our team nor their support can really help much because we're not able to clearly point our account manager to the exact screens and events we're struggling to locate. Apart from that the interface isn't very accessible for non expert users. People can feel overwhelmed when they can't quickly understand where things are or find what they need right away and they end up giving up on the platform. More tutorials and even more hands on support would make a big difference. Another limitation is that it doesn't offer a strong way to categorize and save highlights and insights. In that area I think Hotjar handles things better.

Pros
One of the most useful parts of this platform is that you can see exactly how end users interact with a specific feature. The heatmaps are especially helpful for checking usage across every screen and they give a clear picture of what people are actually doing in the app. It's also very useful for debugging user crashes. Once an issue is identified, reproducing the crash becomes much easier.
Cons
The filtering options could be much better and the dashboard itself isn't very user friendly.

Pros
Session tracking has been really useful especially because I don't have to sit through a huge amount of footage or data. Being able to jump straight to the moments when users actually make movements saves a lot of time.
Cons
There's still a lot of information packed into the platform though. It would be better if things were simplified a bit since opening it for the first time can feel like information overload.

The recording feature has been especially valuable and the support team on Slack is quick to respond and very approachable.
Cons
It would be even better if there were a built in module for visualizing data with bar graphs, charts and similar formats so the platform offered a more complete analytics toolkit. At the moment I still rely on MoEngage for graph and bar chart visualization while I turn to this platform for the detailed recordings that help explain the reasons behind the data.

Dashboards and funnels are really useful and I also appreciate the filters and audience options depending on how deeply you want to analyze something. On top of that customer support is available whenever questions come up which helps a lot.
Cons

Has been a really valuable platform for Pideky. It gives us clear visibility into user behavior inside the app which helps us improve different areas and increase the chances of purchase and user retention. One of the biggest benefits for me is the insight it gives especially around crashes and the qualitative data collected from user sessions. I also really appreciate the recommendations it provides for building quick dashboards along with the helpful information it suggests. The integration itself is very simple as a basic setup and the onboarding process was a big help for my dev team. Customer support has been awesome too! I use the chat all the time and the information I get there is consistently excellent. I rely on it daily to gather information about my app across different countries.
Cons
At the moment only my COO and I use the platform and have full access but since he is the account owner he is the only one who can stop recordings to make sure we do not go over our limit and incur overages. I would really like to have that permission as well because it is difficult having to contact my COO every time I need that action taken.

“Fast applicant sorting win

It connected with our ATS (Greenhouse) with very little effort and quickly started sorting applicants into best fit, borderline and not a good fit buckets. We're currently dealing with a huge volume of inbound candidates from LinkedIn (sometimes 200 to 500 applicants for a single role) so reviewing every application by hand takes a lot of time and effort. This platform helps us move through that process much faster while also being more accurate! On top of that their team has been amazing to work with and always quick to respond!
Cons
At this point there's really nothing I actively dislike. But there is one thing I want to add: it would be nice if the platform could also read and evaluate our custom application questions. Still they've told us this feature is already in development and should be available soon.
