The implementation of this software is so simple, and the admin/user interface is feature-packed.

It has a bit of a learning curve, and I needed more technical knowledge to implement analytics on our website.

As Zoho users, I appreciate how it directly pulls data from our Zoho Crm and other Zoho applications.

I wish analytics were built directly into the CRM, making it easier to set up.

The tool is highly customizable, very easy to share reports internally and externally and I love how I can easily manipulate created orders using the various filters and reporting views.

I really wish the AI were a bit more insightful and I hope it will be able to generate reports in the future. Sometimes, navigating support for issues can be a bit challenging.

There's no way to automate data export and the filter, lookup values and table columns are very rigid and sometimes show the wrong values.

Drill down chart views are essential but difficult to create quickly and I think the mobile view still doesn't meet market standards.

I can create reports and share them with team members via a link, and I have access to a wide range of reports to choose from.

I like how it provides direct charts like funnel charts, which some other tools don't have. The UI is excellent, easy to navigate and the features like formula columns and aggregated formulas are fantastic. Querying tables with custom SQL is great for preparing data and the widget functionality is robust.

Cons

I can't pin multiple columns, change the title of a copied dashboard or use 'CASE WHEN' in custom Sql queries. Sometimes there are glitches that require me to refresh the page to make things work. Also when sharing a dashboard using a permalink, the password is the same for all users, and users can easily alter the filter conditions in the URL and access someone else's dashboard.

I appreciate the ease of use, comprehensive data integration, customizable dashboards and reports, collaboration and sharing options, AI & ML capabilities, data security and great visualization options.

Cons

The limitations include Sql query length, limited chart types, complex queries, subquery limitations, performance issues with large datasets, less attractive UI and limited offline capabilities.
