Pros
Adding it was easy and it comes with a wide range of accessibility features. It also supports many languages which is a big plus. I am able to choose exactly which parts of the site should be translated and which should stay unchanged. The AI translations from English into other languages are accurate and appropriate and having the option to manually override translations makes it even more useful.
Cons
There are times when it activates on its own and occasionally it affects the HTML structure in ways that disrupt the design. It can also interfere with certain website functions when it's turned on. One issue I am dealing with right now is that users can accidentally enable the accessibility feature by pressing Tab and after that, typing @ in input fields to mention someone stops working. As soon as we disable it, everything works normally again.
