“has exceptional features”
Pros
Right from the start the interface felt more accessible than any other capture and workflow product I have used and I have worked with quite a few. Overall it's very easy to use, the product does exactly what it's supposed to do and the range of features included is truly exceptional.
Cons
I did not run into any major problems. If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that a couple of features weren't immediately clear to set up. After figuring them out, the setup made sense but at first they felt a bit confusing.
