“Adaptable pricing data setup”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how quickly we can plug in new data sources. The next time leadership rolls out a different pricing strategy, we won't need to switch providers at all. We can simply connect additional data sources and adjust the logic and with Aimondo that's something we can get done in just 1 to 2 weeks.
Cons
The UX isn't especially user friendly at first so it takes a bit of time to understand. But once you get familiar with it, it works just fine.

“Fast repricing wins big!!”
Pros
When speed and results matter most, Aimondo's repricing engine has made a huge difference for our business. The dashboard is easy to use so making smart decisions quickly has become much easier and that has clearly improved both our competitiveness and profits. Its biggest strength is definitely the very fast repricing engine. Plus it runs much faster than competing tools which lets us react to market changes instantly.
Cons
There is one small downside worth mentioning. From time to time Google Shopping data uploads take longer than expected which can leave a gap of a few hours. Even with that delay, it doesn't take away from how effective the platform is overall.

“Flexible pricing experiments”
Pros
Coming into this with very little background in pricing software, it was basically my first real tool so I don't have much to compare it against. Even so I was genuinely impressed by how flexible it is for building different pricing strategies. Our team needed to run several A/B tests along with experiments around parity pricing, personalized pricing and location-based pricing and Aimondo was able to support all of them. It also delivered really strong results on the data analysis side. In practice we mostly just had to download the report and share it with the client.
Cons
One area that definitely needs work is the interface because it's not especially user friendly right now. That said the team was consistently very helpful and responded to our support requests quickly. Even with that level of support, there's still plenty of room to improve the overall UX of the product.

“pricing is reasonable”
Pros
For me the biggest advantage is how flexible the platform is. We were not forced to use preset pricing strategy templates which made a real difference for our setup. It also handled messy or unusual data structures and that was absolutely essential for us. That flexibility helped us align our products much better with market trends. On top of that the support team has been excellent. They even built several features specifically for our needs at no extra cost.
Cons
This is definitely a pricey piece of software so it's not really a standard off the shelf solution. It is much more like an ERP level system than a typical pricing SaaS product.
