Well-documented API with a handy sandbox

Pros

The documentation is detailed enough for developers to build almost any communication tool through the API and the preview sandbox is a really useful feature because it lets you test everything before launching the product.

Cons

One downside is that it does not sync changes automatically. Whenever you update the application, you have to republish it before the changes go live and the Telegram bot also responds more slowly compared to other social media platforms.

Broad automation but weak support

Pros

Its intents are very helpful for automating the workflow and matching what users want with fewer response errors. Also deployment is fairly easy and the overall range of solutions offered is quite broad.

Cons

Support is only available in English and Russian. The bot's process before handing off to a human is extremely long. Support responses also take a long time such as sometimes weeks and usually come back with more questions instead of a real solution. Also there are frequent stability problems, averaging 3 to 6 days per month and sometimes the bot has to be turned off for days. There's no machine learning based on reading past conversations and for some reason the bot occasionally replies to customers in Russian.
