“Budget-friendly automation win”
Pros
This product was up and running pretty easily and it does a really good job of automating complex business scenarios. Plus being user friendly and budget friendly makes it even more appealing.
Cons
There really wasn't anything about it that stood out to me as a downside. My colleagues also found it very useful so I honestly have no dislikes.
