At The Outlaw Ocean Project much of our work requires deep research into stories that cross multiple languages. A lot of our research is in foreign languages so we need more than just word for word translation like we need a real understanding of context, tone and the deeper meaning behind the words. That's exactly why Alexa Translate and their skilled interpreters and translators have been so essential to our work. Their support has been incredibly valuable and we are truly thankful for the role they've played in helping us share meaningful stories across cultures.

It is already highly effective and impressively accurate but as the technology continues to develop, there is still room to refine it further. Also it would be helpful to keep improving its ability to interpret complex idiomatic expressions and cultural nuances so translations can become even more precise and context-aware.

The translation accuracy and fast turnaround have been fantastic and the software is extremely user friendly.

Honestly I have no complaints. The translation quality has kept improving year after year and the team has been consistently outstanding. I have had the chance to get to know some of their senior and junior staff personally and they always go above and beyond to help with anything needed. It's a very client focused organization and that really shows in the software too.
