“Excellent resume formatting tool”

Pros

Using this system is quick and efficient and it's very user friendly. It's also excellent to work with and download from.

Cons

There hasn't been anything difficult or missing in the system. It is like the best option available for formatting a resume.

At times it doesn't extract and transfer every detail from the CVs.

Pros

Editing resumes is much quicker with Allsorter because the shortcuts cut down a lot of the manual work. I also really like that it can format just about any kind of resume and usually does it with very few mistakes.

Cons

The part that bothers me is how it handles skills. It takes every skill it finds in the resume and places them all into the technical skills section as a single paragraph. Most technical candidates already have their skills laid out in a neat chart and that's the format I'd rather keep in the edited version. Right now it cannot properly read that chart and carry it over the way it appears.

Pros

Working with Word files and PDFs takes much less time on this platform and the CV coversheet has a really polished look and feel.

Cons

There is honestly nothing I dislike about the platform.
