“Flexible HR modules for training”
Pros
One of the strongest parts of Alveria HCMS is how flexible it is and how well it performs across the different HR modules. It works especially well for training which has been the standout feature for me.
Cons
A downside is that there is no API available so if your company already uses internally developed systems, integrating them is not very convenient.
