Connecting their services to our existing systems has been very easy. The API is well organized, user friendly and comfortable to work with.
Cons
A few features still seem somewhat unfinished especially the NSFW content checking which would benefit from further refinement.

“Versatile image processing boost”
Pros
Having OCR, object detection and face recognition all in one API is incredibly useful. api4ai has done a great job bringing these features together in a way that's simple to work with and it has really helped organize our image processing workflow.
Cons
The dashboard is not always the most easy to navigate. So at times it can take a bit longer than expected to locate certain features or settings.
