“Professional-looking platform”
Pros
The platform is very user friendly and everything created with it looks professional. Overall it gives clients a really good impression.
Cons
Customer service is the weak point. The support team is currently very poor and sometimes it's difficult to reach a real person. They also charge you to fix problems.

“Dated builder with cheap results”
Pros
Appy Pie lets people create a mobile app without needing serious coding skills but the overall experience is far from satisfying. It uses an old school drag and drop builder from before the whole vibe coding wave and at this point it it outdated enough that it should have stayed in the past.
Cons
Navigation through the menus is confusing and badly designed and a lot of options are locked behind paywalls where the better features sit. They advertise a free trial but in reality actually building something usable or publishing it is barely possible unless you pay. Even after paying, the apps still come out feeling generic and cookie-cutter and not in a good way. They look like the same basic apps and websites people have seen over and over and once that becomes obvious, it is impossible to ignore. The overall design is low-quality and cheap.

“Fantastic drag and drop app builder”
Pros
The drag and drop editor and ready made templates make it easy for agents to build property listing apps, customize workflows and add appointment forms without any coding skills. Regular updates and helpful support also make launching the app easier and help keep its features up to date.
Cons
More advanced customization can take extra time to learn or require a paid upgrade and some design options or integrations are limited which may hold back distinctive branding or functionality for more premium use cases.

“Platinum support makes app building shine”
Pros
The Platinum package with extra support has been an excellent choice especially for someone with little or no experience building an app. The added help particularly with submitting the app to the app stores really makes it worth the cost.
Cons
It is only a small issue but if I had to point out anything, I'd mention that online support isn't available 24/7. That said only once or twice have I logged in and not been able to reach someone. Aside from that they are usually very accessible and respond quickly.

“Solid app builder features”
Pros
Building an app with drag and drop instead of coding is a really appealing idea and while the creation process had a bit of a learning curve, it never felt too difficult. I also liked the range of features available to include in the app which made the whole experience more useful and flexible.
Cons
The frustrating part came when it was time to publish the app to the app store. That process turned into a hassle because of all the testing requirements and one of my apps sat in the Google console for 22 days without any testing being done. On top of that a lot of the tutorials seem outdated and don't match the current versions especially around the messaging features and when you have to rely on another source besides this one.

At this point everything has been fine. The team has also been very willing to help and I like the support we received while updating our BRIT Motor AG application.

“Mobile-first storytelling that delivers”
Pros
Building a storytelling app without any coding was very easy with Appy Pie. It worked really well for showcasing our audio and news features in a mobile-first format which was exactly what we needed.
Cons
The downside is that you don't have much flexibility in design so you can feel trapped by complicated templates. On top of that getting the app published to the app store involves a few extra hurdles.

Appy Pie software is very easy to use and the support team was incredibly helpful throughout. Plus whenever we ran into an issue, they sorted it out quickly and also guided us through the app submission process which made everything much easier to handle.
Cons
We haven't run into any problems and have been able to accomplish everything we needed to do so far.

“Affordable no-code app builder”
Pros
Designing with Appy Pie is very easy especially for anyone without coding experience and the original pricing is also quite appealing.
Cons
I'd still like to see more customization options directly from the editor, including better control over the app's layout and overall design since it is fairly basic right now.

“Misleading trial and charges”
Pros
Honestly there's nothing positive I can say. They misrepresent what they offer and take advantage of people who aren't very tech-savvy just to get them to buy a service that ends up being a complete joke.
Cons
They claim there's a trial period but even after telling them you don't want to continue, they still bill you. On top of that they say it cannot be refunded or at least they refuse to refund it.
