Pros
Autointelli AIOps stands out for how well it automates complex IT tasks. The self-service automation is also very useful and it supports building workflows in languages like Bash, PowerShell, Java, Python and others which adds a lot of flexibility. Auto remediation is another strong point and it does a great job of automating data center and service desk operations while helping improve overall business productivity.
Cons
Since the product is still a relatively new entrant, that may be something to keep in mind although it already comes packed with advanced features.
