“Real storytelling with a human touch”
Pros
Communication felt very natural and having direct contact with a real person gave all of our listings a much more personal touch. The descriptions also felt like genuine storytelling instead of generic copy.
Cons
The only slight inconvenience was having to manually report suspended properties though that makes sense since there's an actual concierge handling things behind the scenes.
