“Powerful bug reproduction tool”
Pros
The interface is user friendly and it lets me look up the actions a customer took so I can recreate a bug report whenever needed.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve if you are not used to searching through data. Anyone new to support work without much technical background might struggle at first but once you get the fundamentals down, it becomes one of the most valuable tools to have.

“quick event analytics but limited”
Pros
Compared with most BI tools I have used, Interana is incredibly fast. It works especially well for event based data setups and can process billions of raw events in just a few seconds. The interface is clear enough that even non-technical users can explore fairly complex questions that would normally require a lot of SQL work in other platforms.
Cons
That said it does come with some limits. Metrics, cohorts and funnels are built around per-actor properties and can only be calculated using the shard keys in your dataset. In many cases that ends up being a user ID so most metrics are limited to a per-user view. This works for many common needs but it also means you cannot do things like track a specific transaction ID through a full funnel from start to finish. The interface also falls into an awkward middle ground. As it takes some training and background knowledge to use properly but it still is not really built for advanced power users. For example the API often feels more complicated than just making HTTP requests and pulling the results yourself.
