Productive automation with helpful support

Pros

Botmind helped us automate replies to frequent, time consuming questions which saved us a lot of time and improved our productivity. It's also easy to use. On top of that the support team has been very effective in helping us refine and optimize the features so we can get the most out of everything the platform offers.

Cons

We haven't run into any major issues.

A reliable automation partner

Pros

We've been working with Botmind for the past four years and they've helped us automate parts of our customer journeys. They've consistently been attentive, proactive with suggestions and genuinely supportive throughout. It really feels like working with a true partner.

Cons

At times their IT team can be a little slow to recognize that there's an issue but once it's identified, they respond quickly and take action fast.

Customers become more independent

Pros

The good thing is that we are getting fewer customer emails now because clients can find the information they need without having to contact us. The scenarios are also fairly simple to set up which makes the tool pleasant to use on a daily basis.

Cons

I haven't run into any real downsides especially since we benefit from regular follow-up and support.

Responsive live adjustments
