Helpful and fast support team

Pros

No matter what you throw at them, the support team always comes through, they get back to you in no time and actually solve the problem. It's so refreshing to work with people who are both quick and genuinely helpful

Cons

Instantly helpful and accurate

Manages customer service effectively

Pros

We needed a way to manage our customer service questions and BotPenguin has done even better than we hoped. Their chatbots are fast, effective and work around the clock.

perfect for b2b support needs

Pros

It is perfect for B2B support and has all the product features we need. The cost is also very reasonable for what we get and the platform has a huge variety of bot options to choose from.

Cons

Overall I am really happy with it and cannot find any real faults. The only minor suggestion would be to modernize the user interface a bit.
