Pros
Getting a chatbot built and configured is pretty easy and deployment doesn't take long. They also offer ready made use cases across different industries which helps a lot when choosing the right setup and keeps the whole development process simple.
Cons
One downside is that the chatbot doesn't seem very user friendly or truly AI-driven. The interactions between the bot and the end user are mostly prewritten since the conversations follow predefined scripts.
