“Incredible tool for business

This live chat solution helps our business connect with customers and increase sales. Also, it is simple to use making it easy for both our teams and customers to communicate efficiently.

Cons

I feel like the interface could be improved and adding multi-language support would be really helpful.

“Didn't live up to expectations at all!

I do not find anything particularly appealing about Botsify. Honestly, there is nothing I find really helpful.

Unfortunately my recent experience with it has been far below expectations as it was lacking the professionalism and efficiency I had hoped for from a well-established chatbot platform. Right from the start, the interface felt confusing and complex which was quite the opposite of the simplicity that was promised. Also the learning curve was steep and navigating the features was unnecessarily difficult leading to a frustrating and inefficient experience. Additionally the customer service was disappointing. When I had issues or questions getting support was challenging too. Plus the response times were too slow and when I did get responses, they were often vague and unhelpful. Instead of feeling supported I felt that their support team lacked professionalism and adequate training. As for the bot's performance it was inconsistent and unreliable. It often misunderstands user queries which leads to irrelevant answers and an overall poor experience. And despite trying to adjust settings the bot's performance did not improve. In todays world where excellent customer service is essential and AI should be leading the way this platform did not meet my expectations.

“Fast chatbot development with basic coding skills

Pros

Botsify offers a variety of features that makes it accessible for both beginners and experts. The user interface especially, is clean and the drag and drop template creation makes it simple to get started. I also really like that it requires minimal coding knowledge and can be integrated with platforms like Facebook Messenger, Slack and WhatsApp.

Cons

Well I think the pricing might be too high for some businesses.

The user experience is simple yet efficient making it easy for us to navigate and get things done quickly.

One thing I feel is that pricing is not as compatible as I'd like it to be.

It was easy to get hang of it and understand its dynamic. And I especially liked their chatbot feature.

Cons

I was not initially keen on paying for their service but seeing their efficiency and prompt solutions, I changed my mind.

I think this software is easy to use, pretty affordable and packed with useful features like support for multiple languages right out of the box. Not to mention, the customer service is excellent and the documentation and interface are outstanding too.

Cons

While integrating with some platforms can be a bit difficult their customer service is excellent and will have us up and running in no time.

Pros

It keeps things simple and user friendly. You donot need to be a tech expert to create a chatbot on this platform. And with the drag and drop interface, you can quickly design your bot's conversation flow without any hassle.

Cons

Botsify is designed to be user-friendly but like any new tool let me tell you there is a learning curve. It is similar to learning a new instrument you just need a little practice. And some users may take a bit of time to get used to and fully master all of its features.

The ability to create an experience that focuses on human interaction is a great feature. Using it makes the entire process feel more personal and engaging for us.

Cons

There are not any major downsides but I think they could focus more on creating a more human-like experience.

Botsify makes creating automation easy and enjoyable besides that, the process is simple and it is designed in a way that keeps us engaged while setting everything up.

I wish they offered a more affordable plan or even a free limited version of the service.
